As the medical aesthetic market continues to grow, laser and energy device treatments are emerging as a key driver with facial lasers being one of four key trends shaping the market* and 70% of patients looking for skin rejuvenation treatments**

Here are some of the most effective face rejuvenation treatments:

  1. Photorejuvenation facial rejuvenation
  2. Non-ablative resurfacing facial rejuvenation
  3. RF facial rejuvenation
  4. Duallift facial rejuvenation
  5. TriFX facial rejuvenation
  6. triLift facial rejuvenation
  7. Sensational Carbon Laser Peel facial rejuvenation

1. Photorejuvenation for facial rejuvenation

Photorejuvenation refers to the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to treat conditions related to sun-induced skin damage and vascularity issues. IPL uses a broad spectrum of light which is primarily absorbed by melanin and oxyhemoglobin and effectively reduces the appearance of sun spots, capillaries, and elastosis, and builds collagen.

IPL was invented by Lumenis and is still considered the gold standard for photorejuvenation treatments. Available through technologically advanced and highly versatile the Stellar M22™ platform, Lumenis IPL with Optimal Pulse Technology (OPT™) enables delivery of high peak power with shorter pulses, ensuring homogeneous fluence delivery along the pulse duration. The efficacy of IPL with OPT™ has been proven in over 80 peer reviewed papers. We offer this facial rejuvenation technique at our Medical Spa here in Las Vegas.

2. Non-ablative resurfacing facial rejuvenation

Non-ablative skin resurfacing keeps skin intact, stimulates collagen growth and tightens underlying skin. It is ideal for patients who prefer a milder treatment approach with less downtime and no risk of skin infection.
The ResurFX™ module of M22™ is the only true fractional non-ablative technology on the market for skin resurfacing. It uses an advanced scanner technology, CoolScan™, to ensure that energy delivery is precise and homogenous. Unlike other fractional technologies, ResurFX™ needs only one pass to be effective, protecting the patient’s skin.

3. RF facial rejuvenation

Radio frequency (RF) energy has been used in medical treatments for over 75 years. This form of radiating waves or electrical currents alone is used for non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments but can be combined with minimally invasive treatment for greater effect. TriPollar RF non-invasive technology, treats mild to moderate facial wrinkles and rhytids. Results are immediately visible and may last for several months before a maintenance treatment is required.

4. Duallift facial rejuvenation

Duallift technology, also minimally invasive, is the combination of TriPollar RF and Dynamic Muscle Stimulation which stimulates both the soft tissue and the muscles of the face to give the face a tightened and lifted look at the same time. The two technologies target different skin layers individually and synergistically in a single procedure.

5. TriFX facial rejuvenation

TriFX is RF assisted microneedling which is a minimally invasive treatment. It resurfaces and regenerates new and healthy skin through the wound healing process to improve and refine skin texture by applying contact RF at pin point ablation with controlled volumetric heating. RF ultra-thin electrodes are applied creating controlled micro wounds, trigger the production of new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

6. triLift facial rejuvenation

triLift addresses all three elements the muscle, skin and volume in one treatment. The combination of TriPollar® RF, DMSt and RFMN is called triLift. Focused RF Thickens and strengthens the dermal layer to treat facial wrinkles, Regenerates collagen and elastin with clinically proven long-lasting results. Dynamic Muscle Stimulation technology works by activating different muscles with electrical stimulation for a well-defined, toned, and lifted look. Smooth RF assisted Microneedling increases the natural volume, tightens, and smooths the skin texture while causes 3x more natural production of Hyaluronic Acid.

7. Sensational carbon laser peel facial rejuvenation

Sensational Carbon Laser Peel or the VIP Hollywood Peel is a revolutionary, non-invasive procedure that involves no pain or downtime, but it can help rejuvenate the appearance of aging and damaged skin. It gently removes 15 to 30 nm of epithelium from the top layer of the skin, leaving an amazing glow with a vibrant, youthful complexion.

How long does a facial rejuvenation last?

The length of time a rejuvenation treatment lasts depends on which type of facial rejuvenation you get.

As oppose to Botox or Fillers injections that are temporary band aid therapy our photo based rejuvenation devices are permanent treatments for reversing the aging process. However we also acknowledge that we can’t stop the process of aging and ultraviolet damage. The more we use good skin care products to minimize the ultraviolet damage or sun damage, the more we can make the aging process graceful . But in average we expect the need for some touch ups depending on the progress of wrinkles or brown spots usually 6 to 12 months after the initial treatment.

Skin tightening treatments can see effects for 3 to 6 months and sometimes longer. Skin resurfacing treatments can last for several years but also require multiple treatment sessions to reach optimal results.

You also have the option of combining multiple facial rejuvenation treatments at a time to reach the desired result. Check out our combination packages for more information.

How does the skin age?

The skin has three layers: the epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. Most age-related skin changes involve the dermis, which is the middle layer of skin. The dermis contains a lot of the substances that keep skin firm and smooth, such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Around age 35, we start to lose these substances and the skin becomes lax.

There’s also a layer of fat under the skin called subcutaneous fat, which gives your face volume and definition. As the skin loses collagen, elastin and other substances that keep it firm, the fat pads around the eyelids, cheeks, temples and chin shift downward. As a result, the face loses its contours and it wrinkles, and lines and loose skin start to develop.
